The Andergrove Van Park, Mackay is home to many cute little brown ducks and birds, Lorikeets in the main. I guess the ducks (unlike us) love all the lakes created by the wet weather. Every afternoon huge flocks of birds gather in the centre of the park for feeding time. The noise they make us unbelievably loud and continues until they roost.

Love the pic of all those lorikeets, they are so colourful.
If only those lorikeets had green heads they'd be perfectly camoflaged in the grass!
Grace was so excited when she saw the bird photo! By the way, if you double click on the photos on your blog, they come up full screen size and in excellent resolution. She asked if you could take lots more bird photos?
